The hotel features a swimming pool and provides board games . The breakfast area is wonderful, I found many fresh choices available. All staff members I encountered were kind and helpful , a real plus.

The location was convenient near the train station. walking downtown and catching a canal tour were easy. breakfast offered many options. i found the sports amenities sufficient. I used the gym for a quick workout.
My room faced the train tracks. The noise was noticeable.

the location was acceptable, close to the central train station.
My room faced the rail tracks, so the sound of trains throughout the night was a major disturbance. the floors in the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. My socks were dirty after walking on them. the breakfast was substandard compared to other hotels i stayed at. The coffee came from a thermos.

the staff were friendly upon check-in. it was acceptable.
i found the breakfast offered a poor selection. upon arrival, options were limited and slow to be replenished. my room lacked a mini-fridge and the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed.

toilet stainsinconsistent housekeeping
the room i had wasn't as clean as it should have been the toilet bowl had some pretty bad stains i even tried cleaning it myself but it didn't help much housekeeping seemed inconsistent too some days it was okay but other days they just left towels i asked for a clean floor mat once but nothing happened until the next day when the usual housekeeper helped
