Central Location with Excellent Amenities
spacious room comfortable bed helpful staff
The hotel features a swimming pool and provides board games . The breakfast area is wonderful, I found many fresh choices available. All staff members I encountered were kind and helpful , a real plus.
My room was located near the elevator, so I heard it running intermittently.

convenient location canal tour sufficient gym
The location was convenient near the train station. walking downtown and catching a canal tour were easy. breakfast offered many options. i found the sports amenities sufficient. I used the gym for a quick workout.
My room faced the train tracks. The noise was noticeable.

poor breakfast selection lack of mini-fridge
the staff were friendly upon check-in. it was acceptable.
i found the breakfast offered a poor selection. upon arrival, options were limited and slow to be replenished. my room lacked a mini-fridge and the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed.

The breakfast was good with many food options. I liked the gym. The equipment worked well. The big windows in my room were a great bonus. They let in lots of light.

average stay with cleanliness issues
toilet stains inconsistent housekeeping
the room i had wasn't as clean as it should have been the toilet bowl had some pretty bad stains i even tried cleaning it myself but it didn't help much housekeeping seemed inconsistent too some days it was okay but other days they just left towels i asked for a clean floor mat once but nothing happened until the next day when the usual housekeeper helped
